 FCO or “Flat Cut Out” lettering is great to get your message across if lighting isn’t necessary for your project. FCO lettering can be made of sign grade aluminum or acrylic. Missouri Neon's  state of the art CNC routers will cut your design out of whichever material is more feasible for your application. Lettering can be flush mounted directly to the fascia or stand-off mounted to add extra depth. 

 According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, every building that offers access to the public must have appropriate signage posted to mark specific locations, such as restrooms and exits.

 “Reverse halo lit" or  “backlit channel letters,”  signs are mounted away from the wall using standoffs, causing the light to form a halo effect behind the sign. The distance from the sign to the wall enables the halo of illumination around each character, helping the letters or signs to stand out. Instead of a front acrylic face, reverse channel letters have a metal face that blocks light, and only emanates light out the back. 

Illuminated cabinet signs can be freestanding or wall mounted. They consist of an aluminum structure, internal LEDs and the face can be acrylic, lexan or flex depending on its size. Graphics are applied to the face and are typically translucent allowing the LEDs to light the face brightly.

 Pylon signs — which are also called pole signs or freestanding signs — are outdoor signs that are frequently mounted on one or two poles. They can be single sided or double sided. They’re usually lighted and often installed on a business property but not attached to a building.
